The instructor, Sheretta Joseph, was very professional and knowledgeable of the material. She was patient and took her time to explain each step, and always asked if I had any questions throughout the training.

I took this training through my employer as a requirement, but would also recommend everyone to take this CPR/First Aid training with Caring Hands. Also to any employers who require CPR for their employees, there's adequate space for multiple people.

Highly recommend, was able to get a class on the weekend which helped me to avoid missing days of work , the class started on time with a warm welcome . She did not upset for asking questions and encouraged it by asking every time section. Instructor plays a critical role in our learning and she gets a 10/10 from me .
